Audio Interview: Tonya Urban, Backcountry Ranch

The following is an interview with Tonya Urban who runs Backcountry Ranch outside Pearisburg. Tucked into the hills of Southwest Virginia, the ranch specializes in raising alpacas and llamas for regional and national competition.

I sat down with her to find out where the idea for the place started and how working with such unique, charismatic creatures has been such an enjoyable experience.
